Attorney
Skyler is an attorney at Kruger Carson. Her practice focuses on a range of matters, including the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real property, where she incorporates her knowledge and global experience to achieve clients’ legal and practical objectives. Skyler’s practice consists of representing developers and landowners in real estate acquisitions and dispositions; representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases; and analyzing and curing title-related issues.
Prior to joining Kruger Carson, Skyler gained significant experience in a number of legal areas ranging from in-house representation and corporate relations to land use. She also studied business and law in prestigious universities throughout France, Austria, and China. Her breadth of experience makes her an effective representative of clients in all facets of real estate transactions and development.
Skyler graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Commerce from Texas A&M University in 2018. Skyler received her juris doctorate, cum laude, from St. Mary’s University School of Law simultaneously with her Master of Arts in International Relations. During law school, she served as captain of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, earning recognition at the national level for skills in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations, and was a member of the Aggie Bar Association. Skyler received the St. Mary’s Litigation & Advocacy award and St. Mary’s Women in Law Leadership Award and is a member of the John M. Harlan Honor Society. Skyler joined in the firm in 2022.
