Ryan Sullivan is a partner at Kruger Carson. His extensive commercial real estate experience ranges from acquisitions and dispositions to leasing and finance.
Ryan has particular expertise representing private equity funds and real estate investment trusts in their acquisition, development, and disposition of properties in all asset classes, with a particular focus on multifamily, office, and hotels. His commitment to understanding not only the legal issues, but also the underlying business objectives that his clients face, allows him to offer meaningful and practical advice.
Ryan also has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in the context of high-value industrial, office, and retail leases. Additionally, he has represented private equity lenders and banks originating traditional acquisition loans, triple net financing, mezzanine construction loans, and financings for build-to-suit leases. Ryan has also represented lenders serving as special servicers in the context of managing, leasing, and selling real estate owned properties and other underperforming assets.
Ryan attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in English and French in the Liberal Arts Honors Program. He graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as Submissions Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and the Transactional Competition Chair of the Business Negotiations Team.
