Crystal is an associate attorney at Kruger Carson. Her practice is focused on commercial real estate matters, including the representation of purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leases.
Crystal has broad experience with a variety of commercial real estate transactions, particularly those involving the representation of owners and developers in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial projects. Her practice also includes representing landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of office and retail space.
Crystal received her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she founded the Roadrunner Student Bar Association, a law student organization for UTSA alumni like herself. During her time at St. Mary’s, Crystal was actively involved as a volunteer for the Student Bar Association and was a finalist in the Linda and Dave Schlueter First Year Moot Court Competition.
Today, she is an active participant in the San Antonio real estate community. Crystal is involved with the Real Estate Council of San Antonio as both a member and committeeperson. She is a member of Urban Land Institute and participant in ULI San Antonio’s 2021 Development 360 Program, which is a mentoring program that provides an in-depth case study of a real estate project facilitated by an experienced local developer.
Crystal is also a member of the State Bar of Texas; the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law section of the State Bar of Texas; Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity; and the American Bar Association.
