Associate Attorney
Bob is an associate attorney at Kruger Carson. Bob’s practice focuses on complex commercial real estate matters, including financial structuring of development projects, leasing for both tenants and landlords, as well as acquisitions, dispositions and financings, along with all of the ancillary services that accompany those transactions. In addition, Bob has experience on the corporate side, having represented and counseled clients through a wide range of commercial transactional matters, including entity formation and governance, having represented just about every party in the capital stack.
Bob attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with a degree in Economics from the Gatton College of Business and Economics. Bob received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he was one of twelve students selected for the inaugural class of the W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business, and Technology, which is a selective and prestigious honors program within the Chase College of Law.
Bob is an active participant in his community, serving on the Executive Board of his children’s elementary school PTA. Bob also belongs to the State Bar of Texas, including the Business Law, the Corporate Counsel, and the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law sections of the State Bar. Bob joined the firm in 2025.
