Attorney & Counselor
Sean is an attorney and counselor at Kruger Carson. Sean’s practice is focused on commercial office and mixed-use leases, and he serves as counsel for lease portfolios that together exceed well over one million rentable square feet.
His comprehensive real estate experience includes representing asset-based and operating entities, developers, tenants, and lenders in a variety of commercial projects. Sean also has extensive experience with regulatory matters before the Texas Public Utility Commission. He has assisted and advised clients regarding regulatory compliance issues, conflicts involving electric and water utilities, and the placement of transmission lines.
Sean has an uncanny ability to cut through government and legal jargon, making the indecipherable clear. He brings to each transaction a technical writer’s eye for detail and clarity and communicates issues plainly to his clients.
Sean graduated from the University of Texas School of Law and has a master’s degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. He is a member of the Public Utility Law and Administrative and Public Law sections of the State Bar of Texas and Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity.
Sean is a prolific writer with articles published in the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal, the Texas Journal of Business Law, the Texas Environmental Law Journal, the Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Section Report, and the Texas Bar Journal.
